Take Your Car to the Track

Living in the GTA has its benefits and just one of those perks is having some truly awesome places to hit the track and race your sports car. With a few weeks of summer left, taking your ride to the track to see what you’re made of is a great way to end off the summer driving season. And even if you don’t have your own track-worthy vehicle yet, there are plenty of affordable leasing options available so you, too, can hit the track before the summer is out.

Toronto Motorsports Park

This is simply an amazing facility that we’re luck enough to have in our backyard. Located about an hour’s drive away, just past Burlington, the Toronto Motorsport Park is a sprawling track facility dating back to 1954. There are always races taking place, and if you’re looking to take to the track and race your buddy, you can book track time and made your dream come true. Shannonville Motorsport Park

Take a day and head to the Shannonville Motorsport Park (SMP), it’s worth the drive. Located just past Belleville, the SMP has a rich racing history. Take-in one of the frequent races they host or bring your buddies out for one of their Lapping Days where the public is welcome to try their hand at racing on a real track.

Canadian Tire Motorsport Park

Clarington is home to one heck of a nice track. Only about an hour’s drive away, the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park is one of Canada’s nicest race facilities and hosts all sorts of race circuits. This track also offers a few different racing experiences and training programs, and even allow the public to take their own vehicles on to the track to experience the track for themselves.
